Element Customs is a full-service vehicle customization and enhancement facility located at 9725 Owensmouth Ave in Chatsworth, California. Founded in 2025, we have built our reputation on a simple standard: perfection is not a target, it is the expectation. What started as a commitment to doing things right has grown into one of the most comprehensively equipped custom shops in the Los Angeles area.
We operate out of a state-of-the-art facility with a dust-free PPF installation room, private parking for up to 15 vehicles, and a client lounge where you can watch your vehicle being worked on in real time. Our team is an authorized XPEL dealer with factory-trained technicians, and our collective experience spans a full range of protection, enhancement, and customization services. From paint protection film and ceramic coatings to vinyl wraps, window tinting, custom headlights more, everything we offer is performed in-house with the materials and attention to detail that the work demands.

How do I get a quote?
The easiest way to get started is to fill out our online quote request form or give us a call at (818) 688-5577. Our team will follow up to discuss your vehicle, the services you are interested in, and the best approach for your needs. For larger projects, we may recommend coming in for a consultation so we can assess the vehicle in person before providing a final quote.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are always welcome for consultations and quick inquiries. If you want to come in to talk through a service, take a look at the facility, or get a general sense of what a project would involve, feel free to stop by during business hours. For all installations and service work, scheduling in advance is recommended so we can set aside the right amount of time and have everything prepared for your vehicle when you arrive.
Is there parking available at your facility?
We have private parking for up to 15 vehicles at our Chatsworth location. You will have no trouble finding a spot, and your vehicle will be in a secure, monitored environment throughout your appointment.
Do you have a waiting area?
We do. Our client lounge is designed for vehicle owners who want to stay on-site during their appointment. You are welcome to relax, watch your vehicle being worked on in real time, and ask questions as the process unfolds. Whether your visit is a quick tint job or a multi-day installation, we want you to feel at home while you are here.
How long do services take?
Turnaround time varies significantly depending on the service. A window tint or basic detail can often be completed in a few hours. Paint protection film installations, ceramic coatings, and more involved custom work may take anywhere from one to several days. When you reach out for a quote, our team will give you a clear timeframe based on the specific services and your vehicle.
